The three fundamental components to the Comprehensive Program mirror your job search and career transition process. In addition, there is an overarching framework to ensure accountability and track your progress.
In the LEARN module, we explore topics such as Who Am I? Interests, Strengths, Transferrable Skills; Five Can Do’s, Super Powers, Unique Value Add, Exit Statement/Telling Your Story, Ideal Job, and your 30 Second Commercial.
In the LAUNCH module, our focus shifts to building your Resume, understanding Applicant Tracking System software, quantifying your accomplishments, identifying your Super Powers, enhancing your Linked In profile, assessing your Change Readiness, building your Brand, developing your Positioning Statement, managing your Marketing Campaign, establishing your Network, creating your Target list of companies and of course, what to do before, during and after your Interview.
In the LAND module, we focus on how to negotiate your job offer(s), how to manage your strategic network, the importance of finding and establishing a relationship with a mentor and how to be highly intentional during your first 30, 60, 90 days on your new job. Additionally, we explore how you can become and stay visible in the work place so you can continually promote and manage your talent.
